Cold Pour: Polyurethane is an elastomer used to prolong equipment life against abrasion. The cast in place technology of urethanes allows for consistent part dimensions with varying weldments.

  • 75 Durometer - Cold cast material primarily used for burnishing, but is also used for deburring and cleaning operations with ceramic and plastic media
  • 83 Durometer - Polyester urethane for high abrasion, dry or solvent applications
  • 90 Durometer - Used for high abrasion, wet applications
  • 95 Durometer - Used primarily for separation screens

Technical Procedure

  1. Old linings removed with environmentally safe, state-of-the-art method
  2. Equipment inspected
  3. Equipment properly prepared and primed
  4. Proper mold prepared and set into place
  5. Polyurethane mixed to exact proportions and poured
  6. Mold removed
  7. Cured to required specifications
  8. Inspected and checked for hardness, thickness and workmanship
  9. Gate and internal plumbing installed
