Cold Pour: Polyurethane is an elastomer used to prolong equipment life against
abrasion. The cast in place technology of urethanes allows for consistent part
dimensions with varying weldments.
- 75 Durometer - Cold cast material primarily used for burnishing, but is also
used for deburring and cleaning operations with ceramic and plastic media
- 83 Durometer - Polyester urethane for high abrasion, dry or solvent applications
- 90 Durometer - Used for high abrasion, wet applications
- 95 Durometer - Used primarily for separation screens
Technical Procedure
